Our first priority is to offer high quality customer service in a problem-solution manner. We try to offer a one-on-one sit and fit experience for all clients and invest the time in figuring out what you need and how to fit you up best with the right solution. We do understand it's impossible to get it right every time for every customer but we do invest the time in making it happen.
With that being said, exchanges are welcome within 14 days on "like new" condition returns, with no signs of wear. And on products purchased at regular price.
We do not offer full refunds on footwear purchases as: In-store credit . In-store credit is offered for items purchased within the last 14 days, and we will always make the effort to look for an exchange opportunity to help you. All claims must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. Items must be un-worn and in like-new condition with original packaging and tags. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase for in-store credit.
We do not offer returns or exchanges of sale/clearance priced merchandise or footwear with modifications. Final Sale = Not Returnable. Products from our sale racks & clearance corner are not eligible for return. All Sale items are marked with reference, these are visible throughout the shopping experience. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Defective items or Factory Defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis, please contact us to explain the issue. We promise to be fair with our decision about any reasonable request and submit concerns to the manufacturer on your behalf.
